Jeffrey Long owner, and founder of One More Rep Personal Training Group (PTG) LLC; established in November of 2011. Jeffrey has been an active Certified Personal Trainer since 2010 and a Certified Sports Conditioning Specialist since 2014 through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.). Jeffrey is also an active member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A.) since 2012. Jeffrey services include but are not limited to:
